As a Pure Decadence customer, your email address and phone number will never be rented, sold, or provided to a third party. Occasionally, we make special offers available to our own customers through email notification and newsletters. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us concerning special promotions, savings, events or other important information, simply return the e-mail indicating your wish to "unsubscribe." At no time will we ever release your credit card information to anyone!
When you purchase from Pure Decadence, we ask you to provide information required to fulfill your order. You will need to provide your name, email address, a user name and password, phone, shipping address, credit card information, and billing address in order to set up your account.
We use the secure server which supports industry-standard encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it reaches us.
Our web site is meant to be a service you. In order to provide you with the best products, excellent information and quality customer service we record a variety of information from your visit to our site, including: your computer's domain name, information indicating which site pages you viewed, the address of the site you came from before visiting our site, and any search terms you used to find our site. We also record your email address if you chose to communicate with us via email.

Order Confirmations
Upon placing your order at www.GourmetCocoa.com, you will receive two e-mails.
The first e-mail will acknowledge that we have received your order. Please review this email carefully. If you find a discrepancy, call our Customer Service department at 800.960.2444 to immediately correct your order before shipment.
The second e-mail is a shipping confirmation. This e-mail will include the ship date, shipping method, and a tracking number of your order.
