How Big are the Tins and Singles?
The 8 oz. & 14 oz. tins are both 3 inches in diameter. The 8 oz. tin is 4 1/2 inchs tall and the 14 oz. tin is 6 1/2 inches tall. The singles are 6 inches tall and 3 inches wide. For a graphic presentation of the sizes (Not to scale) look at the Pure Decadence Gourmet Cocoa container file.
What are the directions for mixing Pure Decadence Gourmet Hot Cocoa?
Place 3 heaping teaspoons of mix in a cup or mug, add 6 oz. (3/4 Cup) of hot water, stir and enjoy For a richer taste, use milk instead of water.
Can Pure Decadence's Site "Remember me?"
Click on "My Account" at the bottom of any page and you will be taken to the "Login Page". As a registered member, enter your email address and password and click the "Remember Me" box.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
If you click on "My Account" put your email address in and then click on "Oops, I forgot my password" you will be sent an email with the correct password. If you have cookies activated and still want to be reminded of your password, go to the bottom of any screen and "logoff" then repeat the previous instructions to get your password and you can also have the site "remember you" again.
What is the quality of this product?
We make Pure Decadence Gourmet Cocoa in small batches to maintian the highest possible quality. We use the finest brand name ingredients and you can find that information disclosed in the ingredients statement. Please review the individual product pages to read just a few testimonials from our satisfied customers. There simply isn't any cocoa better than Pure Decadence Gourmet Cocoa.
How can I pay for Pure Decadence Gourmet Products?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo. We always accept checks and money orders for orders that are mailed. Sorry, no COD's.

Ordering online provides the fastest service, but feel free to speak with us directly with your order. Call us toll-free at 1-800-960-2444, 8am to 5pm, Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
Can I order products by mail?

Currently we are not shipping International orders, we hope to add that functionality soon. Stay posted.
When I place an order what sort of confirmation do I receive?
Upon placing your order at www.GourmetCocoa.com, you will receive two e-mails.
The first e-mail will acknowledge that we have received your order. Please review this email carefully. If you find a discrepancy, call our Customer Service department at 1-800-960-2444 immediately to change your order.
The second e-mail is a shipping confirmation. This e-mail will include the ship date, shipping method, and a tracking number of your order.
How do I use "My Account"?
Pure Decadence Gourmet Cocoa tries to make ordering online easy for you! As a registered user, your information is kept on our secure server that allows you access to your account. You'll have the ability to maintain an address book for those frequent gifts and mailers. You can add as many addresses as you want! Simply use the pull-down menu to select the recipient's name and the address is automatically filled in for you. |
